Installation and Construction works, Exhibition booths styling and Dismounting

Handling operations, installation and exhibition booths styling may not be commenced before the agreed term and are to be finished, including removal of package, 1 hour before opening the exhibition at the latest. In case of not meeting the conditions above the appropriate statement is drawn up and the Participant is fined with 60 USD. Assembly operations shall be finished no later than 2 hours before the exhibition opening. All work is carried out according to the exhibition schedule. Installation and dismounting of the exhibits is to be carried out only within the space rented by the exhibitor under one obligatory condition as follows: the passageways are to be free of package and construction waste. The Organizer is entitled to fine the Participant in case of the company’s booth exceeding the rented space by 5% of the participation charge with drawing up the appropriate statement.

The cost of additional equipment is doubled after the beginning of assembly operations. The work of the Organizer’s technical personnel beyond the established time of arrival/departure is to be paid additionally according to established prices. Exhibits assembling and disassembling is carried out singly by the Participant. Disassembling and removal of exhibits is carried out only after the official close of the exhibition.

In case of the Participant’s impossibility to disassemble his exhibits in the time set, the Organizer is entitled to disassemble the exhibits singly and store them outside. In this case the Organizer bears no responsibility for integrity and safety of exhibits. In this case the Organizer draws up the statement and is entitled to sign it personally.

Assembling and disassembling operations in unascertained (not agreed) hours are allowed only with the Organizer’s written permission. It is necessary to agree with the Organizer on the time and cost of operations.

The Participant shall have an official representative present in the pavilion during the full time of exhibition and during assembling/disassembling operations as well. The Participant shall receive the Organizer’s consent to style and use additional attached implements (banners, hangers) and decorations at the standard exhibition booth. In case of not meeting the requirement the Organizer is entitled to demand disassembling the equipment. The hanging and additional cost of a banner over 9 m2 in area extent or weight over 30 kg is to be agreed no later than 1 month before the installation. Otherwise the Organizer bears no responsibility for the timely hanging of banners.

It is forbidden to:
• apply paint, lacquer, glue or other coatings, which are difficult to remove, on pavilion floors, walls and pillars;
• make apertures (holes) of different kinds in the floor, walls and pillars;
• paste up the exhibition equipment with polygraphic materials of different kinds without the Organizer’s accord;
• install exhibits on outdoor exposition area without appropriate fastening to prevent the Expo-center “Meteor” constructions from damage by gusts;

In this case the Participant is to pay the value of the damaged equipment and additional 30% of the total value.

It is forbidden to:
• install lighting instruments and other electric appliances with loadings exceeding the requested socket capacity. In case of breaking the above terms the additional socket installation shall be paid by the Participant according to the price of new socket installation;
• Exceed 75dB noise level;
• smoke in pavilions, at booths (smoking is only allowed in specially assigned places);
• store inflammables and volatile flammable liquids;
• installation of vessels containing gas fuel;
• exceed 5 kg loading on one panel;

In this case the Participant pays 5% fine of the total participation charge.

The exhibitors may attract third-party organizations to carry out installation and styling design of the booth, as well as carry out these works by the exhibitors on their own only by written approval of the Expo-Center “Meteor” LLC.

Electrical and sanitary engineering works, namely connecting the exhibits to electric power sources, water supply and drainage, sanitary engineering junctions, are to be carried out only by the expert personnel of the Expo-Center “Meteor” LLC.

An exhibition booth is to be equipped with a lead-in switchboard with safety control devices in accordance with calculated load separately for lighting mains and technological equipment power supply. Electrical connections of the booth exhibits are carried out only by the Organizer’s representatives. The organizer is entitled to remove from booths exhibits that do not comply with the established safety requirements including noise level requirements or in case of posing hazard to life.



Exclusive equipment and non-standard equipment assembling

In order to fulfill assembling works of the non-standard equipment and exclusive equipment, the Participant shall to conclude a treaty with Organizer for assembling works of such equipment;



Loading-unloading operations. Lifting work.

Participant shall provide the Organizer with Preliminary specifications of hoisting machinery and appliances, at latest one month before the construction work start. Preliminary specifications shall include the date and time of lifting work, the weight and overall dimensions of equipment to be unloaded, the type and lifting capacity of required hoisting machinery.

Cargo delivery to exhibition area shall be provided by Participant`s means prior to arrival/check-out deadlines defined by Organizer.

The Organizer shall provide the Participant with all required hoisting machinery indicated in Preliminary specifications.

Unloading and transport operations in exhibition centre shall be managed by Participant`s authorized person. Loading-unloading operations scheme shall be approved by Organizer. Organizer is not responsible for all possible Participant`s equipment damage during loading-unloading operations and lifting work.



Preventive Fire-Fighting Regulations
(for companies and organizations participating in exhibition events)

All the participants of the exhibitions should be aware of and observe the preventive fire-fighting regulations, stated below and safety measures acting on the complex territory. They are responsible for all delinquencies of the stated rules. The exhibition management team provides exposition area for holding an exhibition in proper condition and guarantees the basic provisions of preventive fire-fighting taking into account construction regulations and rules.

The exhibition management team and the bodies of the State Fire-Fighting Service Department are to control over observation of these regulations.

It is strictly required to indicate the following on the layout plans of the indoor and outdoor expositions, submitted by the participants:
• Layout of exhibits.
• The exhibits being demonstrated in action, principles of engine operation, fuel and oil used and processed raw materials.

Participants of the exhibition should submit to the Expo-Center “Meteor” LLC information about all the radioactive, fire-risk and highly explosive materials and exhibits to take appropriate and agreed safety measures in advance, at the latest one month before installation works’ commencement. It is forbidden to bring in the above mentioned materials without permission of the Expo-Center “Meteor” LLC.

Stationary structures of the booths may be made of usual construction materials (with usual grade of inflammability).

Incombustible and nonflammable materials are to be used for decoration of booths, offices, podiums, ceilings and rails. All the flammable materials are to be treated with a flame retardant. It is forbidden to apply drapery materials made of flammable plastic not allowing treatment with a flame retardant.

Carpets and carpet strips used in the showrooms are to be safely fixed to the floor along the perimeter and at the turns. They are to be made of nonflammable material (not to inflame of a burning cigarette or a match.

Welding and other fire-risk works are to be carried out only by written permission of the exhibition management team under strict observation of the preventive fire-fighting regulations in force. Penalty sanctions for violation of the preventive fire-fighting regulations are applied to the exhibitors by the State Fire Inspection authorities according to the law.
